In this Editorial, we focus on the heated discussions around the use of different Covid-19 treatments like hydroxychloroquine or the safety of modern 5 G cell phone technologies – and how to equip the research community with solutions to be in a better position to tell when and when not available data can serve as evidence for supporting cool decisions.
 
Please also carefully check the figure provided in this article. We would like to develop various similar examples and visual illustrations for “why and where quality matters” and use these images when reaching out to different research communities.
